1) We are very interested in using your services, but we live in Wisconsin, is there anything you can suggest?
Hands of Hope now has clients in 28 states. Regardless of your location, we are able to test, recommend and do emotional work via Zoom!
2) What type of payments do you accept?
We do however accept, cash, check, money orders, debit/credit cards, PayPal, Venmo and many clients have had no issues using their HSA cards.
3) I am ready to start, but I am unsure how to collect my hair and saliva samples.
The sample process is very simple. Just take a clean cotton swab and moisten both ends with saliva from inside your checks. If you have eaten recently, please just rinse your mouth out with water before collecting the sample. Put this in a small Ziplock bag. Now clip a small amount of hair, getting very close to the scalp, and put this in the same bag as the cotton swab. Add a note with your name, date of birth, mailing address, email address as well as any major surgeries you may have had, such as a hysterectomy. Please only put the samples in the bag. Other items may be put in the envelope just not in with the samples. This may be mailed via regular mail and send to HOH 2934 Huntsville Hwy, Fayetteville, TN 37334. There is no need to overnight this or us UPS/FedEx, unless you are in a hurry to get the samples to us.
4) My hair is colored and permed; can I still do a test?
Yes, that is not an issue.
5) Do you test children?
Yes, we test all ages!
6) Have you been able to help people with Lyme Disease?
Yes, we have had great success in helping clients with Lyme Disease.
7) As a young child, I was sexually abused, and it haunts me. Is there emotional help available without having to share all the horrific details?
Absolutely! We offer the Mace Energy Method which requires no discloser and no counseling! We have seen many people with major traumas, receive great help.
